IFRS  Hub

Overview of the programme

Are you comfortable with the debits, credits and calculations?
Are you up to date with the latest accounting treatments?

Before you can audit, do you know how and when an accounting transaction should first be recognised, and at what amount?

Through this IFRS hub, we aim to get hands-on with various IFRS standards, introducing the theory and cementing the principles through practical examples to help you establish a functional foundation from which to service your clients.

Our objective:
• help you better identify when a particular standard is relevant to a transaction, i.e., we’ll briefly consider scoping and definitions
• Simplify recognition criteria
• Clarify initial and subsequent measurement
• Provide a summary of disclosure (where applicable)
