In order to facilitate effective compliance tracking and accurate completion of the new CIPC checklist, ProBeta Training is launching a brand new product, which will assist our clients to confirm applicability of and adherence to the requirements of the Companies Act before completing the checklist.

This working paper is structured as a questionnaire in an excel document, and includes all the requirements from the relevant sections that need to be accounted for in the compliance checklist. This questionnaire is set up in user friendly, easy to understand language.

The working paper has also been designed to automatically close off certain questions and answers if they are not applicable based on the response to preceding questions.
