Overview of the programme

The majority of the IRBA inspecting findings are in the planning stage of an audit, which could indicate a lack of understanding of the documentation requirements. Incorrect planning can also lead to over or under-auditing.

It is paramount to understand the importance of planning and the audit process from beginning to end to ensure that the audit is performed effectively and efficiently.
