This programme is specially designed and developed to:

Months 3 and 4: Character and Values

Why does character matter? Ethical conduct starts with personal values - we discover the importance of values and the role they play in our daily decision-making, actions and results. Complete your 'ChangeYourWo rld' Values Assessment. Your Training Office's Values and Values statement.

Let's talk about your values Behavioural Ethics: what drives ethical choices? How do your values underpin your behaviour in the workplace and everywhere else? Draft your personal code of conduct.

Months 5 and 6: Find your Voice

Use your Tall Trees Report and your Values Assessment outcome to practice voicing your values - we show you exactly 'how' . Draft your personal vision statement. Draft your personal mission statement.

13 Decision tendencies and biases that may effect ethical choices. Action Framework for finding your voice and voicing your values. What is ethical intelligence? What is your Ethics IQ?

Months 7 and 8: Emotional vs Ethical Intelligence
