Workshop overview
The world of leadership is changing—and women are helping to reshape it.
Yet many capable women continue to navigate distinctive pressures: balancing demanding roles, carrying significant personal responsibilities, overcoming self-doubt, establishing credibility, managing expectations and sometimes leading without a strong sense of support or belonging.
LeaderShift for Women is an interactive leadership-development experience that creates space for women to reflect, connect and grow together.
Inspired by John C. Maxwell’s leadership principles, the programme helps participants examine the beliefs, habits and approaches that may need to shift as they move into their next level of leadership.
Rather than asking women to adopt a narrow or conventional image of leadership, the experience encourages them to lead with greater courage, authenticity, confidence and intentionality—drawing on qualities such as empathy, collaboration, connection and vulnerability as leadership strengths.
Workshop Objective
The objective of this workshop is to help women recognise the internal and external shifts required to lead more confidently, authentically and effectively in changing environments.
Participants will be encouraged to:
- recognise patterns of self-doubt and imposter thinking
- strengthen confidence without losing authenticity
- reconnect career ambitions with purpose and significance
- move from reactive habits towards intentional leadership
- approach personal development with greater focus
- establish healthier and more confident boundaries
- communicate in ways that build trust and connection
- expand their impact by developing and empowering others, and
- build meaningful relationships with other women in leadership.

Leadership Does Not Require Losing Yourself
Women do not need to become less empathetic, less collaborative or less human to become more effective leaders.
The opportunity is to bring courage and wisdom to those qualities—to lead authentically while making the shifts required for new responsibilities, changing environments and greater impact.
Shift the belief. Strengthen the leader. Expand the impact.
